This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed by the Council of the European Union against Iran.

LEADING MARITIME PTE LTD

On 9 November 2013, a judgment of the General Court of the European Union in regard to Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines and Others vs Council (Case T-489/10) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union. This judgment annulled certain measures insofar as they concerned IRISL Club and Leading Maritime Pte Ltd.

On 9 March 2015, a judgment of the General Court of the European Union in regard to Ocean Capital Administration and Others v Council (Joined Cases T-420/11 and T56/12) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.  This judgment upheld the annulment of certain measures insofar as they concern IRISL Multimodal Transport Company.

As a consequence of the judgments, which were not appealed, IRISL Club, IRISL Multimodal Transport Company and Leading Maritime Pte Ltd are no longer subject to the asset freeze imposed by Council Regulation (EU) No. 267/2012.
