This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed against Iraq.
On 16 September 2016 the United Nations Security Council Committee approved the removal of 19 entities from the UN Iraq list.
The entities removed from the list are no longer subject to an asset freeze. Full details can be found in the attached annex.
