The Isle of Man will be represented on Wednesday (22 March 2017) at a Service of Thanksgiving for Rear Admiral Sir Nigel Cecil.
Sir Nigel served as Lieutenant Governor in the Island from 1980 to 1985 and brought a wealth of experience to the role following a distinguished career in the navy.
The Service of Thanksgiving is being held at Holy Trinity Church near Winchester where Admiral Sir Jock Slater will give the eulogy.
Former Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man Adam Wood will attend the service to represent His Excellency Sir Richard Gozney on behalf of the Isle of Man.
